Vendor request form:

It's the 2nd annual Smoke in the Valley Music, Motorsports and BBQ festival. Last
year vendor spaces sold out and we expect to do the same this year!!!

All prepared foods with meats ( BBQ, Hamburgers, Hot Dogs etc. ) will be limited to
area non-profit / civic organizations These non-profit groups should contact Danny
Smith for space availability for The Smoke in the Valley Festival 828-443-8713.

Other food vendors such as shaved ice, funnel cakes, drinks etc. will be limited to 5
vendor spaces - $100 each. Spaces  in the marketplace will be reserved when full
payment of $100.00 is received. Each food vendor will also receive 4 All Access
Weekend passes to the event ( which include optional camping. ) These spaces can
be up to 20' x 40'.

Folk art / craft/ and non food vendor spaces in the marketplace are $25. This price
includes 2 All Access Stage-side weekend passes to the event. Spaces are approx.
15' x 15' and will be reserved when payment is received.

All vendor spaces can be reserved by Paypal below or by sending a check or money
