Thank you for stopping by our page

Even though the Smith family would consider selling the property, until that
happens or does not happen, they will continue to host some of the most exciting
off road motor sports events in the western Carolinas. Please keep in touch with
our website to see what events we have planned for you in the near future!!!

Jim and Danny Smith have owned and operated Antioch Speedway since
the mid 1990's, and over the years have hosted some of the most action
packed dirt track racing in the Carolinas.

At a half mile in circumference, Antioch Speedway is the largest dirt track
in the Carolinas and hosts some of the fastest speeds seen on a dirt track.

Over the past 20 years Jim and Danny have aged quite a bit and have
realized that they are slowing down and can't give the passion to the
speedway they once did to run a weekly race season. So during the past
couple years, the duo has teamed up with another Smith sibling, Donny, to
host some of the biggest off road special events in the western Carolinas.

Antioch Speedway and Off road Motor Sports park hosts annual events
each year that draw thousands of off road and outdoor enthusiasts.

Each season kicks off with annual events like the Mid East Hare Scramble,
and Smoke in the Valley festival in the spring and then , Summerfest, and
the Carolina Dirt Slinger's Bash in the summer and fall.  Each of these
events have proven to be very attractive to thousands of people each year.

But for the first time in 20 years, the Smith's are considering passing the
reigns onto someone else who might have the passion to purchase the
speedway and bring the facility back to see new highs.

There is no debt on the property, and the family is not desperate to sell the
property. You will not find the speedway listed anywhere for sale at this
time. The price is very firm and lower offers will not be considered. The
price also includes 4 adjoining properties that the Smiths have purchased
along the way to make the total property for sale just under 90 acres and
includes both race tracks. The price also includes all of the equipment
necessary to operate the speedway. A total inventory of equipment would
be submitted to only serious buyers.

The purchase price for Antioch Speedway and Off Road Motor Sports
Park is $795,000 during the year of 2014. The price will be increased each
January to compensate for any property taxes paid for that year.
